At DozyDen, we want both you and your dog to love your new bed. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Night Risk-Free Trial

Every DozyDen bed comes with a risk-free 30-night trial. Give your dog up to 30 nights from the delivery date to settle in. If the bed isn't the cozy upgrade you hoped for, contact us and we'll make it right with a refund.

How to Start a Return or Refund

To start a return or request a refund, email us at support@dozyden.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. Our team will reply with the next steps. Please reach out before sending anything back, as some situations can be resolved without a return.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@dozyden.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly (within 1–3 business days), so once an order has shipped we may not be able to make changes — but we'll always do our best to help.
