Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail, then add about 20 cm (8"). Match it to our chart: S up to 11 lb (50 cm), M 11–22 lb (60 cm), L 22–40 lb (70 cm), XL 40–62 lb (80 cm), XXL 62–90 lb (90 cm). When in doubt, size up.
What if my dog is between two sizes?
Always size up. Dogs love room to stretch and curl, and a slightly larger nest feels more secure than one that's a tight squeeze.
How should I measure my dog?
With your dog standing, measure from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail, then add 20 cm so they can fully relax inside the raised rim.
Can two dogs share one Calm Cloud?
The larger sizes (XL and XXL) comfortably fit two small dogs, or one big dog who likes to sprawl. For two medium-or-larger dogs, we'd suggest a bed each.
My dog likes to stretch out flat — is a round bed still right?
Yes. Dogs switch between curling against the rim and flopping out in the middle. Sizing up gives them room for both positions.

Materials & Quality

What is the Calm Cloud made of?
An ultra-soft faux fur top (no real animal fur) over a plush PP cotton filling, with a raised rim that supports your dog's head and neck.
Is the faux fur safe for my dog?
Yes — it's a soft synthetic fur made to be gentle on skin, without the shedding or odor of real fur.
Is the bed firm or soft?
It's soft and cushioned with a supportive raised rim — cozy enough to sink into, structured enough to lean against.
Will the bed keep its shape over time?
With regular fluffing it holds its loft well. After washing, let it air dry fully and fluff it by hand to bring the shape back.
Will it slide around on the floor?
The flat fabric base sits securely on carpet and most floors. On very slick surfaces, a small mat underneath keeps it in place.

Calming & Comfort

Will it really help my anxious dog?
The deep, round shape and raised rim give nervous dogs something to lean and burrow into, creating a sense of security. Many dogs settle faster and sleep more deeply once they have their own cozy nest.
How does the design help nervous dogs?
The high rim acts like a wall they can rest their head and back against — the same instinct that makes dogs curl into corners. It helps them feel surrounded and safe.
My dog has separation anxiety — is this a fix?
It isn't a medical treatment, but a consistent, cozy spot of their own can help many dogs feel calmer and more settled when they're alone.
How long until my dog gets comfortable with it?
Some dogs claim it on day one; others take a few days. Placing it in a familiar spot and adding a favorite toy or blanket helps them settle in faster.
Is it suitable for senior dogs and puppies?
Yes. The cushioned base is gentle on joints for seniors, and the snug rim is comforting for puppies adjusting to a new home.

Cleaning & Care

Is the Calm Cloud machine-washable?
Yes — the entire bed is fully machine-washable.
How should I wash it?
Wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry. Avoid high heat, which can affect the plush fur. Fluff it by hand once it's fully dry.
Is there a removable or zip-off cover?
No — and that's on purpose. The whole bed goes in the wash, so there's no cover to wrestle on and off, and nothing to lose.
How do I keep the fur soft and fluffy?
Air dry it fully and give it a good fluff by hand after each wash. A quick brush now and then keeps the pile looking new.
Is it waterproof?
It isn't waterproof, but because the whole bed is machine-washable, accidents and spills wash out easily.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your package the whole way.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is free across the United States, with no minimum order.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared shortly after they're placed. Most parcels reach you within 7–12 business days in total.
Do you ship outside the US?
Our main market is the United States, with free US shipping. If you're ordering from elsewhere, email support@dozyden.com first and we'll help.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus express options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at checkout.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is fully encrypted and handled through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant payment system.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes — a confirmation email lands in your inbox right after you order, followed by a tracking email once it ships. (Check your spam folder if you don't see it.)
Can I change my order or shipping address?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@dozyden.com. We'll update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Every Calm Cloud comes with a risk-free 30-day trial. If it isn't the cozy upgrade you hoped for, just email us and we'll make it right with a refund.
How do I start a return?
Email support@dozyden.com with your order number and a short note. We'll reply with the next steps — please reach out before sending anything back.
What if my bed arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
When will I get my refund?
Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear on your statement.
