Refund policy

Every DozyDen bed comes with a risk-free 30-day trial. Give your dog up to 30 days from delivery to settle in. If the bed isn't the cozy upgrade you hoped for, email support@dozyden.com and we'll make it right with a refund.

To start a return, email support@dozyden.com with your order number and a short note. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
